James Burden Limited are pleased to announce their move to new, larger premises in Kent.

Following another year of increased sales activity James Burden Ltd, wholesale supplier of Meat, Poultry and Game, continues to thrive, trading both in the UK and with overseas partners.

This latest expansion in Kent sees the company move into new offices in a traditional Kent brick Oast that has been sympathetically restored and refurbished to provide them with modern purpose-designed offices; with large open-planned office space and further offices in the 3 attached Oast roundels, this unique environment will ideally suit the companies of the Burden Group Ltd.

The Oast offices are surrounded by open countryside yet are in a convenient position for access to nearby towns and only a short distance from both the M20 and M25 giving direct and easy access to their markets.

Tony Burden, a Director of James Burden Ltd, who will be based at the Oast offices, explained: “This is a great move for James Burden Ltd and indeed the rest of The Burden Group companies as it gives us further room for expansion at a time when we have again been recognised for our growth in both the UK and overseas markets.”

The Burden Group Ltd has been recognised in the last two consecutive years in The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 league which ranks Britain’s mid-market private companies with the fastest-growing international sales.

The offices will be home to the Poultry Trading division of James Burden Ltd that supports both the Smithfield Market trading operation and trade bulk poultry trading, and also the finance departments of The Burden Group Ltd and Cavendish Ships Stores Ltd.
